They utilise our software to review all outside imagery (streetview, satellite), inside imagery (photographic, video), and hard data points available. We have a full and comprehensive database of comparable transactions, including properties currently on the market for sale and those which are sale agreed.

Industry methods for valuing a home include desktop, drive-by and full visit valuations. We recommend the instructing party establish which valuation method is prudent for their purposes. If the RICS surveyor cannot establish a reasonable assessment of the property by means of a desktop valuation, we will recommend a partner surveyor who can perform a drive-by or full visit valuation, or issue the instructing party a full refund within 48 hours.
